Name, photo, and an arrival window. Most Lexington calls get a truck within 2 hours.
The price goes on paper first.
Your plumber looks at the problem and writes the price down. Say yes, or pay the $79 and we leave.
Fixed, cleaned up, and covered.
We clean up before we leave, and your labor is under warranty for a year.

Twenty-five years, one family, one phone number.

Wes and Carol Tate started Ridgeline in 2001 with one truck and a pager. Their son Cody is a licensed master plumber and runs the crew today. That’s nine plumbers, all Ridgeline employees, no subcontractors. The phone still rings at the shop, not a call center in another state.
