Is it really $79 at 2 a.m.?
Yes. Nights, weekends, and holidays cost the same as a Tuesday morning. The $79 comes off your bill if you go ahead with the repair.
Why do your prices say “from”?
A clog near the drain and a clog 60 feet down the line aren’t the same job. The “from” price is the standard version. If yours is bigger, you’ll see the new price in writing before we start, and you can say no.
How fast can you get here?
Most calls in Lexington get a truck within 2 hours. Outlying towns usually take a little longer. The dispatcher will give you a real window when you call.
Water is coming through my ceiling right now. What do I do?
Call us, then turn off your main water shutoff. It’s usually where the water line enters the house, in the basement or crawlspace, or near the water heater. Turn it clockwise until it stops.
